Our City Council invites you to attend their monthly meetings held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month and to keep current on local government actions. Alternatively, you can visit the City Council page for Minutes to our Council meetings.

Our current population is approximately 800 residents. Children can attend school here from PK-12 and will find lots of academic & athletic enrichment in the Spearville school system. There are also football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, softball, and t-ball sports leagues sponsored by the Spearville Recreation Commission. Please take time to enjoy our Greenstreet Park and swimming pool on the west side of town.
We have a Senior Center, and independent care retirement housing located across from the community park, tennis/basketball court, and ball diamonds.
Nearby attractions include the Hain State Fishing lake, Windfarm tours, the historical Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Windthorst, and events at the Parish Center. In nearby Dodge City, visit the Boot Hill Museum, Boot Hill Casino, or events at the United Wireless Arena.
